About Me:I bowl, woopie! PBA member but taking a break from regionals and TQR's for a bit. Currently debating knee surgery again on the left knee (slide), and toiling on a boring, dead walled, house shot once a week. Oh Boy! I'm also currently a Vise staff member.
Music:Pretty much everything.
Movies:The ones where you see boobs or they blow up stuff and have car chases.
TV:Cable.
Books:Only if they have pictures.
Likes:Most stuff.
Dislikes:A-Hole lefties on china walled house shots who think they are the greatest cause they spray 3 arrows and still hit the pocket.
Hobbies:Sure
Vices:Maybe
Virtues:Only do it if you do it.
Heroes:Not at this time.
Seriously, yes I'm a huge smart @ss. I love to have fun by cutting up, and being a goof is great stress relief. I do have a serious side and it comes out when needed. Those I consider my friends will always have my support no matter what. We all need support at sometime so each of us should always be willing to give it if necessary.
A true hero to me. That can be many people. Family, friends, a single mother who makes sacrifices so her kids have the best she can provide, anyone willing to chase a dream and not listen to the "haters", people who don't quit after the first try, anyone who is true to themselves and honest with other people including strangers. This list could go on and on but if the quality of your character shines through you are a hero to me.
Took a major break this Summer. No regionals, no PBAX league, didn't bowl a damn thing since the first week of June. Haven't drilled anything new since I drilled my Cell way back at the beginning of the year. So I'm thinking about skipping league altogether this Winter but ended up jumping into an easy house shot (at least it use to be) scratch league that I bowled last year. I bowl one practice game and find out the shot is DIFFERENT this year. No outside dry-bump-help as in years past. Let's say, this was not a dead wall. You had to make shots. So I go buck90 for my warm up and then for league I go 140 (ahhhhhh), 223, 219 for 582. Why is this a big deal, maybe it's not. But for a 3 month layoff and bowling on something hard that's not too bad. My last two games were CLEAN, thank you very much, and even converted the 2-10 split. And YES, I used my plastic ball for all my spares. Will I bowl any PBA stuff in the future? Who knows. Only time will tell. At least with 3 months off my left knee feels like BRAND NEW so maybe it was a good thing to take some time off this Summer for the first time since 2003.

Quick update,
279, 258, 238 with my Cell on Friday night for 775. 2000 abralon finish with light amount of Storm Reacta Shine on it. Bowled at Capri Lanes in Dayton on Brunswick Pro-Anvil Lane. 1st game, 1, 2, 4, 10 washout; picked up 3, 9 out, then SHEET for 279. Game 2, FRONT 7, brainfart, strike, brainfart again, 258. I'll take 18 IN A ROW anytime. Another Andy Varipapa 300, thank you very much. Game 3, front 5, stone 8, then some 10 pins, 238 finish. BTW, I didn't get a chance to warmup either, not bad for a white boy. I'm telling ya, The Cell is the scchhit. If you know how to match up a ball finish to lane surface and oil, you won't go wrong. I hope to kill it with this one.
Bowled a 4th game and shot 258. Front 2, stone 9, 6 bagger, stone 9, strike. LOL....
